Mixed Tape & Speciality Dance Classes

We offer a unique set of Dance Styles focused on fun, movement and self expression. Choose from Hip Hop, Street Jazz, Contemporary, Break Dancing or Robot moves or join our Mixed Choreo Class.

We believe in igniting curiosity about dance and encouraging exploration of different styles and music. Students benefit from the physical health benefits including cardiovascular fitness while improving balance & coordination. We make the music loud and encourage movements to be proud to maximise the physical and emotional health benefits of dance. We encourage all students get moving and embrace this powerful creative outlet.

Mindful Art

Mindful Art provides a nurturing and supportive environment where students can explore their emotions and experiences through engaging art activities. Each thoughtfully crafted lesson fosters social connectedness, creative thinking, problem solving, respectful conversations, identifying and regulating emotions and self-management skills, supporting confidence and self-esteem.

Mindful Movement -Hula Hooping

Hula Hooping has a myriad of health benefits beyond it's playful nature. Hula Hooping is the ultimate form of mind-body wellness. It offers is a full-body workout with the ability to get hearts pumping while improving balance and coordination. This childhood pastime can act as an incredible tool for team building activities, it also provides an engaging vehicle for mindfulness in motion and teaching stress and mood boosting self management tools.

​Visual Arts Skills

Coming in 2025 our Visual Arts programs offers a vibrant exploration of different artistic mediums. All ages can delve into drawing, painting, sculpture, and more, fostering their creativity and problem-solving skills. Through engaging projects and guidance, we can all discover the power of visual communication, learn to express ourselves through art while developing life-long skills that have been proven to be useful tools in managing stress and feelings of anxiety.
