Cancellation Policy

Term Cancellation: In the event of discontinuing classes at WNDR Studios, a 30-day written notice is required, except in cases with a valid medical certificate. Term fees are non-refundable, but a credit for the remaining amount will be applied for use within the same or following term. Changes to class types are permitted if space is available, with any additional term costs settled prior to transfer.

Make-Up Class (term classes): All students are expected to commit to and attend all term classes. Make-up classes are only granted with a provided medical certificate, limited to one per term, and must match the same class type and level. Unutilized make-up classes at the term's end are non-refundable or transferrable. Business-related or external factors cancellations will result in a provided make-up class for all students. If there are no appropriate classes that a make-up class can be a completed the fee will be forfeited at no fault of WNDR Studios.

Workshop Cancellation: Cancellation requests for workshops must be made at least 7 days before the workshop begins for credit. Monetary refunds are not available, but a credit will be applied for use in the following term only when a paid workshop is completed.

WNDR Studios reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes or workshops due to unforeseen circumstances, and in such cases, alternative arrangements or credits will be provided.

Terms and Conditions

Drop-off and Collection: I understand that students are to be dropped off and collected within 10 minutes prior to and at the conclusion of class times unless supervised by a parent, and students must comply with dress and behavior etiquette.
Tuition Fees: I acknowledge that tuition fees are payable per term, must be paid in full by the 1st week of term via the payment link on the website unless a payment plan has been agreed upon or fees paid upfront. Late fees will be applicable for overdue accounts, and failure to pay tuition fees within 30 days of the term's end may result in details being passed onto a collection agency. Additional fees may be incurred throughout the year, such as costumes, exam fees, workshops, seminars, etc.
Property Damage: I acknowledge that if my child intentionally defaces walls/property at PPDC, I accept the responsibility for repair/replacement costs.
Compliance and Conduct: I accept and agree to abide by the reasonable directions of WNDR Studios, its teachers, and representatives. I will also encourage the child to comply with such directions. Both myself and the child will act in an orderly, polite, hygienic, and courteous manner at all times.
Consistently disruptive behavior or non-compliance with the school's guidelines, may result in WNDR studios reserving the right to terminate enrollment in and this termination will be at the sole discretion of the studio. .
Repeated late payments will result in suspension from classes until the account is settled.
Liability for Term Fees: I accept that I am liable and responsible for the whole term fees notwithstanding cessation during the term.
Marketing Communication: I agree to receive marketing and communication emails from WNDR Studios.
Video and photography consent: I understand that during classes photos and/or videos may be taken and shared with me directly.
Photo Opt-out: I understand that, if I do not want photos/videos of my child/children to be posted publicly by WNDR Studios, I need to navigate to the email team@wndrstudios.com.au to confirm this decision. If not completed, I understand may post photos of my child in a public forum, and I cannot hold this against the company.

Indemnity

It is the policy of the owners of WNDR Studios that all reasonable care is taken for your safety and welfare, however all excursions are at your own risk. All facilities provided by use/for us are provided for your enjoyment and every care is taken for your benefit. However, it is a condition of your participation in these activities/excursions that you do so entirely at your own risk, and therefore, the following discharge and indemnity is required to be given at the time of enrolment and reviewed at regular intervals.

I declare that I am 18 years of age or older. I can legally sign for myself and any children registered onto my account as Parent/Guardian on his/her behalf. For the consideration of the facilities, provided by you, I, for myself, my executors, administrators and assigns for the child/children. Hereby absolutely release and discharge WNDR Studios, and its owners, employees, licensees, servants, agents, tenants and assigns from and against all claims whatsoever, arising out of death, personal injury, or loss of or damage to personal property, that I or the child/children, may suffer or sustain, whilst as WNDR Studios, or attending any excursions. I hereby indemnify and agree to keep indemnified, the owners and employees, licensees, servants, agents, tenants, and assigns, against all claims, whatsoever, by me or the child/children, or by any person claiming through the child/children on my or their behalf of the child/children, in any way arising, and this discharge may be pleaded in bar to any such claim. I declare that this indemnity has been read by me, and that I fully understand its meaning and effect.

By booking into a class, I am confirming that the above policies have been read and agree by me.
