Service Description

This the perfect blended class for beginner hoopers who want to experience the health benefits of hooping but can't decide if cardio or mindfulness is their jam. Find your inner hoop flow and fitness with this fun class aimed at both maximising your skill, fitness and mood. This 10 week course combines both Hula Fitness and Mindful Hooping in one class so you get the best of both worlds! Never Hooped before? Don't worry, our skilled instructors provide personalised guidance, ensuring you develop your unique style and flow. Each week along with great tunes, a new hooping skill will be learned and there will be revision of previous techniques. Hooping is an incredible variety of creative arts. In the physical form it is an outlet for cardiovascular exercise, utilises core muscle strength and balance and coordination. As a form of mindfulness in motion it also has been shown to assist in stress reduction and to boost mood! We are kicking off a 5 week course starting 15th of July. Join us
